Shopping for a variety of healthy foods got a whole lot easier once a Whole Foods Market opened right outside my apartment! So I made a resolution that I would continually try new things– that’s a commitment to 15 weeks, 105 days of new food stuffs. It turns out this is going to be a HUGE challenge for me. I love too much of a good (same) thing. In fact, I’m sure I single-handedly supported Skinny Cow through the recession. Now with all the conveniences of Whole Foods, I have no excuses.
